Harborbridge Employee Coaching offers flexible solutions to fit your needs, goals, timelines and budget. We meet with you to discuss an approach that will best serve your employee and organization.
Our coaches learn your organization's culture and goals to contextualized coaching sessions and your employee will then be paired with a Harborbridge coach. We ensure a great fit by considering expertise, skillset, and personality in our coach-coachee matches.
Your employee will meet with their coach in private, 1:1 virtual sessions on a consistent basis. As each individual’s needs are unique, so are our coaching engagements which renew on a monthly basis and a variety of scheduling options.
