Client Spotlight: Variant Bio

We are delighted to shine our Client Spotlight on Variant Bio and their dynamic team of leaders. Variant Bio is a genomic drug discovery company developing life-saving therapies by studying the genes of people with exceptional health-related traits. For Variant Bio, we designed a custom leadership development program that emphasized a human-centered leadership approach, prioritizing people, communication, relationships, and problem-solving. Key topics included delivering feedback, fostering psychological safety, adapting leadership styles, and values-based leadership.
