Announcing the Harborbridge Leadership Foundations Program
Big news to share!
Anna and I are thrilled to announce the launch of the Harborbridge Leadership Foundations program!
This one-to-one training course is designed to empower leaders with a blend of fundamental practical skills and the confidence to lead their teams toward success.
At this point, Harborbridge has trained over 100 different leaders in varied industries through our Custom Learning Programs and workshops. We’ve noticed that time and time again, both organizations and leaders frequently request support in similar key developmental areas. In response, Anna and I pinpointed a particular need among new managers, high-potentials preparing for promotion, and mentors eager to develop others.
Inspired by this trend, we set about to build a course with a curriculum of fundamental skills for effective communication, employee engagement, productive and inclusive team environments and the confidence to pull it all off.
We designed the Leadership Foundations program to specifically address these needs and equip leaders with actionable strategies and ready-to-use skills.
This 8-week, 1:1 program covers the following leadership fundamentals:
Expectations and Accountability: Communicate performance and behavior expectations and manage follow through with the Harborbridge Accountability Model.
Recognition, Feedback and Coaching Conversations: Positively impact behavioral change, performance and developmental growth with communication techniques that reinforce expectations and strengthen relationships.
Influence and Motivation: Provide the perfect balance of support, challenge and autonomy to encourage outstanding results, innovation and steadfast commitment
Situational Leadership - Tailoring Your Approach: Apply the Situational Leadership framework to tailor leadership approaches according to an individual’s needs and developmental stages.
Confidence and Presence: With self-awareness, self-management and communication skills, cultivate a confident presence even in high-stakes circumstances.
Inclusive and Psychologically Safe Workplaces: Foster workplace environments where people can bring their whole selves to work and feel safe to voice opinions, ask for help and discuss difficult issues.
Each session is designed to teach skills that build upon one another so that at completion, the participant has a well-rounded toolkit to be utilized for optimal impact on individuals, teams and the greater organization.
Unique to this program, participants benefit from a one-to-one experience with a seasoned coach, enabling them to apply real-world examples and implement their learnings through personalized guidance.
