Empowering Growth, Together – Building Bridges with Dress for Success Seattle

We’re thrilled to announce our latest partnership: in 2025, Harborbridge will partner with Dress for Success Seattle to provide a fully funded leadership certification program for a select group of Dress for Success (DFS) clients. DFS is a global non-profit that helps unemployed and underemployed women and non-binary individuals achieve economic independence by providing no-fee programs, development tools and professional attire to thrive in work and in life. We will be partnering with Dress for Success Seattle and are honored to support our local community.

This partnership will feature two cohorts of Leadership Foundations, our signature Learning and Development course, designed specifically for emerging leaders. Blending experiential learning with real-world application, Leadership Foundations is more than a program—it’s a launchpad for both personal and professional growth. Participants will build self-awareness, enhance their communication skills, and gain the confidence to lead with authenticity and impact.

At its core, this collaboration is about more than skills; it’s about unlocking potential. Workforce challenges often disproportionately affect marginalized genders, with systemic barriers and inequities creating additional hurdles to leadership. Providing training programs like Leadership Foundations can level the playing field by equipping participants with tools, strategies, and—most importantly—the confidence to overcome obstacles and thrive.

We’ve walked the path of navigating challenges, building confidence, and leaning on support systems to grow. That’s why we are honored to bring Leadership Foundations to Dress for Success Seattle. Their mission to help women and non-binary individuals achieve financial independence aligns seamlessly with our dedication to building skills that have a lasting impact. Together, we’re cultivating opportunities for participants to explore their potential, grow their confidence, and shape their futures.
